This fruit bomb is back! This natural Pink Bourbon absolutely blew us away with its intensity and complexity. Expect bold notes of tannic red wine, passion fruit, mandarin, and blueberry, creating a cup that’s vibrant, fruit-forward, and remarkably expressive.

Jesus primarily grows newer varieties, including Pink Bourbon, Ombligon, and Caturrón, and focuses almost exclusively on natural processing. Beyond producing an incredible cup, this approach also significantly reduces water usage. While experimental processing continues to become more complicated across specialty coffee, Jesus keeps things refreshingly straightforward, relying on classic raised-bed natural processing and exceptional fruit.

Our relationship with Jesus also goes beyond the coffee itself. Proceeds from the previous harvest helped his family completely rebuild their home—a meaningful reminder of the impact that long-term producer relationships can have at origin. On our most recent visit, Jesus welcomed us into his brand-new kitchen and brewed one of his latest experiments for us on pour-over.
