Yensy Galindez is the rising all-star female coffee grower behind this washed Tabi varietal grown in a cloud forest in San Augustin, Huila, Colombia.
As part of this promising new generation of young growers in San Augustin, she has mastered both the cultivation & processing of the spectacular Tabi varietal. While many hybrids come from the punchy catarrh varietal, Tabi has lineage from the disease-resistant Timor and the romantic elements of Bourbon and Typica. This adds a floral and very sweet characteristic that makes this coffee stand out.
